Any further thoughts: Player got frustrated from dying and stated that he was going to "throw". He then would go AFK for 1 min, come back to game, run down mid lane and feed, and then repeat. This can be evidenced by his sever underlevelling and negative KD. Please also note that his prior record was perfect (no losses), which supports that his actions were purposeful.
