Doens't build on 2

Makes a mine and upgrades it at the middle for 3

Makes a eggsack as corner delay, gets a young witch doctor in his lane on 4

While his overall elo and w/l is extremely bad, i decided to check the game before this ( http://storage.entgaming.net/replay/vie ... 779575.w3g ), and altho you'll notice he's still bad (no clue on ltd basics, solo sending), he did build properly, and not in a trollish way as he did in this game

bieszczady@europe.battle.net should be banned for trolling/refusal to play

Regarding the votekick, only 1 was started and you never really gave a reason besides "!yes it" - and they could see purple leaks damaged when you attempted the votekick, so without any other info or reason from your side, i won't blame them for not votekicking

Also drawing is not mandatory - it is a player's decision to draw the game, therefore not bannable

bieszczady is a 100% bonified troll. I see him in a game at least once a day and he is always intentionally throwing. Please permaban him i dont understand how/why he is still here.

I think this guy is placed by someone who wants to gain free elo. Otherwise Its not possible. I just see him and leaving the game whatever team he is in.
