Axe afks and sets his hero on patrol as we try to defend top at around 40 mins, he needs to be banned fro griefing. Techies game play was straight up ruining all game, just take a look at his items at the end of the game, needs banned for ruining.

Starts AFK'ing at 37:00, patrolling in fountain until game ends. They had a chance to defend which was ruined by his griefing, costed them the game.
Multiple offenses of game ruining, banned 2 weeks.
As for techies, I can't ban him for his build and he did play/help.
