at 3 minutes. sylla decides to steal regen top rune with full hp an mana, while tala has empty bottle.
i noticed this. this is the first offense that sylla did.

This is a 30 minute game

axe and lion were the only players on scourge that knew what they were doing.
nobody was ever afk. the votekick was legit. and the game was over because 3/5 players on scourge were extremely very bad.

The fact is you broke the rules again, your posts are all full of bans and ban appeals and posting on peoples ban requests making excuses , no dodging this you were warned yet u continued to break the rules so now you will be banned enjoy , you can make excuses and lies but once replay watch its very clear @kingkar

If you check his previous ban appeals hes been given so many "last chances"

1st of all - it is not an "offense" if he calls mid. It doesn't guarantee he'll get mid, but it is not an offense to call it. 2ndly, it is also not an offense to take a rune, regardless of the situation. He can be a dick and steal a rune, but it is not breaking any rules.

2nd of all - bear only sylla is a legit build. This already been covered in another forum, got many of the admins involved and clarified it. Only things listed in the wiki rules page apply.
