Hello Patryk2703,

the reason you were votekicked by other players was u did several solo sends. Solo sending and generally not cooperating with the team (playing solo) is not very common approach and in most cases it ruins the winning chances for the team you are in. In this case, other players are entitled to kick you and also to report you for breaking following rule:

- Refusing to cooperate by sending alone and not save-send with teammates to win.

Anyways as miras89 stated, You refused to save/send & cooperate with your team (Solo sending, not listening), and therefore their votekick was justified - Legion TD is a team game, and you should send with your team (and listen to them, in case you're new, as most of the players can actually help you).

This ban request should be denied as no rules were broken by the violator mentioned (He did save the game, but i'm pretty sure he did with the intention to report OP - so if you want to ban him for it, go ahead :p i would only warn him, if that much)
