Any further thoughts:
Kheb began pinging the send area prior to round 14, so the team began to send. I also joined in even though i didn't want to until 17. The only person who didn't send was Kheb. This could have been the difference in our game. Plus his overall play was horrible compared to his ELO.

Kheb sent on 14. You guys died on 14. Wanting to send on 17, as Kheb said, wouldn't have done anything because you were going to lose on lvl 14 or 15. Ban request denied. For the future, don't flame and ignore people if you don't want to have communication problems.
