So I reviewed.
Round 10 Orange and Green mass send in hopes to end the game, while Kagain refused to send with allies.
To be fair, it didn't look as if it were going to end the game even if he did send (and at this point it was a 3v1 - obvious win, it was just a matter of when). But this doesn't change the fact that he refused to cooperate hence breaking the rules.
I would have thought otherwise if Kagain had started calling the shots and his behavior wasn't so trollish, so I think he should be punished, in order for him to hopefully learn a specific lesson or two.
