After review.

Judging by his items and plays he was probably new. A Skeleton Knight with mask of death...

Nevertheless, he would run mid, attack tower and die at least 5 times in a row.

Votekicks:
Spoiler!
First votekick;

Code: Select all

(02:27 / All) S0RuffPuppy: !votekick gri
(02:33 / Allied) Mequon: !yes
(03:00 / Allied) dopestdope: !yes

Second votekick;

Code: Select all

(04:20 / Allied) phawk: !votekick gri
(04:22 / All) S0RuffPuppy: !yes
(04:24 / Allied) Mequon: !yes
(04:24 / All) cereal_monogamy: !yes
(04:25 / Allied) DuckDuckGoose: !yes
(04:25 / Allied) dopestdope: !Yes

Each votekick was started, explaining why. Each team could also clearly see why he needed to be kicked. Yet these people refused to vote:
soms@europe
by-ki@europe
xss@uswest
Should all be banned for refusing to kick the game ruiner.
Grisha@europe should be banned for ruining the game whether he is new or not - Should be able to read the rules just as everyone else has.

skeleton king meets criteria for game ruin, even if he is a new player.
Grisha banned 3 days for game ruin.
No bans for failure to votekick. The first vk attempt was abusive, occuring before sk died the first time, and clearly as a result of him coming mid, which as you know is not ban-worthy. There was only one legit vk attempt. That is insufficient to justify a ban for failure to vote. The opposing players also agreed to draw the game, making your attempt to ban them here look petty and weak.
