Any further thoughts:
Frann.- attempted to kick i believe but he kept typing "!y" instead of !yes and Kursatine voted the first couple times but not others but Kursatine was a new player i believe so i dont care as much about him or Frann.-, i mainly want vampir banned

Even tho the first VK was not legit; the others were.

Vampir did indeed Teamkill and should therefore and for flaming be banned.
Frann and Kursatine didn't vote and should be banned too

11:00 was not intentional feed, he looks pretty new to me.

After the last one yet again failed, everyone decided they had enough and left.

With 5 votekicks started, you would think one of them would pass at least.
Players who failed to successfully vote; Frann.-@asia.battle.net, eoney@asia.battle.net - Eoney should be banned for absolute refusal to vote. Frann attempted to vote. My guess is they struggle with english and couldn't understand or type out the full !yes (but that's just my guess), although that could be the same with eoney.
Kursatine@europe.battle.net only voted in 1 of the 5 votes, and should be banned.
vampir@europe.battle.net whether new or not should be banned for team kill.

Vampir banned 4 days for team kill, considering his behavior throughout the game and the fact that everyone left because of his actions, but only his first offense.
