Any further thoughts: freemanworld well known thrower and trashcan afk fountain constantly is late to the game and then continues to feed top then we try and votekick him twice for afking and as soon as i say hes afk he moves to try to dodge it. Scourge also did not votekick so players deserve a ban their as well. At the end at about 16min when they are raxing top im dualing arc hes uses his ult to sleep ARC when hes almost dead and i die to wards which to me is a throwing move.
