Any further thoughts: MFD kept trying to kick me even though i told him I was a begginer. He then told me I should go kill my self and other inappropriate comments. After I told him i was going to report him he just said it wouldnt matter bc ill just change my IP, bans mean nothing. I'm not exactly sure how much flame it takes to get a ban, but this seems like a fair enough amount to at least issue a warning, taking the gravity of what he said into account. Also, he claims he is a potential ban dodger so might have to keep an eye out for him if he gets banned.

He started 2 votekicks without stating to the enemy team why. For this, he should be banned.
