TheDictator said several times to ban him and something about battle.net having unlimited accounts. He pretty much didn't have any respect for ENTs rules.

I also see a lot of flaming on the other team, regarding Olorinfromwest and kokahontas. Might be worth looking into.

I see little troll in here as he choose not to merge build with you by not building a mermaid in your lane.
With regards to leaving, we let the autoban system handle those types of cases.

With regards to the flame between the enemy teammates, it was not excessive in my opinion.
