The first thing I would suggest given the large amount of requests and lack of mods to process them would be to edit the title to accurately reflect the format that it should be. The title should be the person you are reporting's username and realm, the [LTD] should have been added automatically.

There are also other reports against him, or at least one report that I recall seeing him breaking rules in and commented on.

Builds a ghoul you side saying "cross faggot", sells it when you replied no and then makes wisps before disconnecting.

Clearly his intentions were for worse, but considering round one begun when he disconnected nothing actually happened. Banned 1 day for game ruin intentions.
