I already made a post about it and it was denied. Since im 100% sure he broke a rule i would like somebody else to review this map.

He clearly didn't make me catch blues leaks as you can see on --> 15:50 (All blues mobs passed already)

PS: I know my language wasn't good but it doesn't change the fact that he break rules (Anti stuck abuse).

I watched the time stamp mentioned, I'm unsure how two other people agreed that he was trying to catch leaks.

By the time red's units got antistucked the leaks were already beyond where they could be caught anyway, there was no chance of catching with an AS and it was, in my opinion, to the point of being blatantly so. By the time red's units got back to between his and blues lanes, the leaks were already nearly half way down the middle towards the king..

If it was actually just this once, I think it may only be worth a warning, but it is definitely a bad choice of timing to use an AS/AS abuse.

Considering his troops were very close to tp, and blues leaks were at mid when it was used, luckyboy@useast banned 3 days for AS abuse.
