Let me start by mentioning that drawing in LTD is never required, and there are no rules which will cause bans or warnings for choosing not to draw. It is purely an option for people to use if they WANT to.

For future reference, please provide time stamps for when offenses occur, but I'll look for it this time.

Votekick was started because AdWords_Editor did not want to draw a 3v4 and was vocal about that being the case:

The same could also apply to yourself. Flaming is not a votekick-able violation, if that's what you are trying to prove with the chatlogs you showed.

It seems to me like you are deliberately ignoring the fact that he got kicked for not drawing the game. If you only want to spam ban requests like this, I recommend that you stop immediately before you get a forum ban.
