Confirmed user solo sent the following levels: 5 (force, but team sent last send with him), 10 (attempting another force, but did not work)

Player would call sending two seconds before sending himself. He did not confirm with his team on what levels they wished to send on, and would force send in general. Ended up solo sending on 10 as the rest of the team did not agree with the send.

Player pink.suck.blue@europe.battle.net banned 3 days for force/solo sending.
