Any further thoughts: throughout the game he was semi-afk. we decided to send in team at 15, which he didnt. i guess it cost us the game

After reviewing,

Player jaguar goes semi-afk multiple times and is reminded by team mates to send multiple times also.

I think play jaguar should be ban for going semi-afk and refusing to cooperate.

jaguar@USEast banned 5 days for AFK/ refusal to cooperate - was not AFK on 15 as can be seen from build but was likely AFK during decision to send so player missed it and was not paying attention to send box.
