Re: [DOTA] 3ncrypt3i), lsd2 U.S West, East
Certainly support the ban on lsd2. Blatant ruin. I don't think it can be considered VK abuse when less then 2 minutes later the player you are voting for starts item destroying. The pause wasn't intended to be disruptive, but he did pause none the less.
Re: [DOTA] 3ncrypt3i), lsd2 U.S West, East
You can not pause no matter what. He paused the game talking trash to a player during support. Which cause him to get mad and throw the game. He did vote kick for no reason. Since dazzle is a support hero and his cool down isn't magically ever 1 sec
Re: [DOTA] 3ncrypt3i), lsd2 U.S West, East
Can we take 1 minute to appreciate what kind of warcraft usernames you come up with? You can think of literally anything and you choose that. Not sure how anyone can take you seriously since you're a blatant racist who also happens to fail at dota.
Re: [DOTA] 3ncrypt3i), lsd2 U.S West, East
Pausing for nothing isn't cool, but I like how this request completely overlooks someone's item destroying as just a side effect of the much more terrible crime of pausing once. I guess pausing game could be interpreted as a signal that everyone in game is now allowed to go batshit crazy without consequences?

Re: [DOTA] 3ncrypt3i), lsd2 U.S West, East
Review:
Player 3ncrypt3I) launches a votekick against his mid, for "(18:47 / All) 3ncrypt3I): he goes mid and lands up 0-4" and "(18:49 / All) 3ncrypt3I): no grave" (votekicked player was Dazzle), despite having should known that you can not kick a player out just because he's new to the game, or bad in general. Votekicked player (LSD2) did a fairly good job at his lane, preventing the enemy mid from farming early, and scoring a good CS amount. He did not play too smartly, but once again, you can't kick out players because they're of lower skill cap than you are. Additionally, votekicking player pauses the game during the events.
(18:32 / Allied) 3ncrypt3I): !votekick lsd
(18:34 / All) Udave: Player [Udave] voted to kick player [LSD2]. 6 more votes are needed to pass.
(19:28 / All) Udave: A votekick against player [LSD2] has expired.
At 20th minute mark, player LSD2 sells his items and purchases mass branches. Multiple team mates explained the votekick reason. Two votekicks were initiated.
(20:24 / All) Udave: A votekick against player [LSD2] has been started by player [hekokokoko]. 7 votes are needed within 60 seconds to pass.
...but these people did not vote on the first one: epistemology, xuxu, YurM0mFukN9gger, 3ncrypt3I) (which is weird that last mentioned player didn't vote, what with him trying to kick him out in the first place).
Second votekick passed.
(21:31 / All) Udave: A votekick against player [LSD2] has been started by player [3ncrypt3I)]. 7 votes are needed within 60 seconds to pass.
(21:44 / All) Udave: A votekick against player [LSD2] has passed.
(21:44 / All) Udave: LSD2 was kicked by vote.
Verdict:
Player 3ncrypt3I) should be warned to read the rules in depth.
Player LSD2 should be banned on the offence of game ruining.
Players epistemology, xuxu, YurM0mFukN9gger; should be processed based on their previous behavior.

Are you kidding me? I did vote-kick. I am the one posting the banned? Behavior? I ignore them and explained the reason too them why he did what he did. I am not even on their team.

Regardless of did you or not post the request, you didn't vote on the first VK even with sufficient evidence.
It's up to mods to decide do you get a warning.

Actually the first one no one voted, Cause he was still playing. Therefor 3ncrypt3i) was talking trash to him through out the game. So no one was taking him seriously. While he did support his team. Again if you care so much about evidence, The chat log was there. You happen to miss that part.

Re: [DOTA] 3ncrypt3i), lsd2 U.S West, East
The initial votekick attempt of dazzle was indeed abusive.
3ncrypt3i) banned 2 days for votekick abuse, as it occurred prior to the item sale.
lsd2 sells his items and buys mas branches.
lsd2 banned 3 days for game ruin/item sale.
Two legit votekick attempts were made.
Only epistemology failed to vote on either of them and is banned 2 days for failure to votekick game ruiner.
