Any further thoughts: He sent dinos on lvl 10 which was obviously intended when other team players refuse to take his order. Moreover, he ruined the team by being sarcastic on other players.

I am guilty of TKing for sending dinos on 10? Look at my game history with reDOVER and FruitCup, we almost always send dinos on 10. Just like how some people send wyverns and others send mass, we generally use 10 to gather income. Since the recent patch moving the inc of a dino to +7, it makes the most sense to mass them whenever possible to get the most bang for your buck (wood). I entirely admit to the being sarcastic to another player as seen in my own active thread, however.
