Looks more like he lost control of his hero, since there had been no indication of feeding before, or after.

No idea what you mean here. At min 26 mort is bot river near rune, medusa at mid tier one tower, undying is at base, and gyro is stalking drow in lothars. There is no team action going on here.
At 2640 sent pushes mid. Gyro is dead, gondar in top lane, and undying is still at base. Gondar walks over, same as undying, and gets there about the same time.
Min 28 engages in team fight in sent woods.
Min 29 pushes bot lane with team, then backs when tier two tower killed, while team advances to rax.
Min 35 misses team fight in woods, which you guys one easily. Then while team is raxing mid he is pushing top solo.
3845 engages in team fight in sent woods.
Min 39 he is pushing bot with team trying to rax while gyro is mid lane solo.
Min 43 he comes to rosh with team.
Min 44 he is raxing mid with team.
Min 46 he is defending middle tier two tower with team.

This was a lie, he was not afk at the fountain at that time, he was buying.

So, there are times when he plays solo, but for the most part he played with and defended with his team. I find nothing ban worthy here.
