Show screenshots of you (or other member on your team) initiating votekick and use the spoiler feature if it gets messy, also include who didn't votekick as it seems this guy clearly deserved to be after breaking two rules from my quick scan of the game:
1) Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively.
2) Do not feed or suicide on purpose which negatively affects the game.

This might help speed this BRQ a little.

What you need to do is to go to the stats page, find your replay, and include the chatlog there with timestamps using spoilers in your BRQ.
