Any further thoughts: Initially Lich was dieing via normal means however it became clear that he was just feeding and a kick started at around 20 min mark (22:59 replay time). most players voted except 3 on opposition team. With the exception of antimage and viper no other scourge voted. Even viper noted he should be kicked due to feeding. Kick started again at 24:32 replay time. Again only viper and Antimage voted. Bara continued to charge and kill lich knowing he was feeding. Lich ended up 1-12 and only ended up buying boots at 30 mins.

If this is not a violation of the non kick then it is fine however it will set a precedence. Bara, Lina and PA ignored vote request.

Even as a new player lich met criteria for game ruin by repeatedly ranging far out in lane alone and getting ganked and killed. As such he should have been kicked.
