It looks like both parties in this situation show great toxicity to each other and teammates.

-''Both parties'' more like NewNaab & killerblade constantly flaming and in 98% of it, Nattyc wasn't even involved and simply warned them that their behavior will get them banned.

To me, there's no such thing as amount of abused votekicks to be ban-worthy. If one was started without reason, it IS abuse. The player should receive sanction, same goes for the voter.
