Having problems with DRM on this file, I'll review this when I figure that out.

EDIT:

At 17 minutes the player you're reporting left the game, so I'm unsure of what you were reporting with that time stamp. From what I saw it didn't seem like he did anything, I saw text on level 5 about it I believe, but on level 6 his antistuck was normal, and he didn't use it on 7 before he left.

I'm going to just let autoban deal with this if he caught a ban for it, and I'm not going to go searching for any other offences to add.
