You mixed the violator names a bit but I got it:

kikkiz ruined the game on purpose. He switched merc. did not build or only 1unit (could have done more with his wood).

kikkiz@europe.battle.net banned 4 days for beeing afk
likenoonecares@europe.battle.net and algama@useast.battle.net banned for 2 days not kicking a clear runier.

No reason to ban mertors@europe.battle.net because he dropped of in the first second cause of desync.
