Violated Rule(s): sold his towers lvl 2 then when we refused to kick him he decided to take king lvl 5 and toggle it till we died

Any further thoughts: also note he said he uses vpn proxies he cant be banned also woould like to add he did same thing in this game by not building at all https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=10480597 he did this 2 games back to back there is no question that this player deserves some type of ban
