Upon review el_perron dies twice attempting to defend bottom barracks. Afterwards, he afks at fountain from 51:30 to 55:50 (Gametime). Through this time, team was defending and was only missing 1 set of barracks. Sniper not playing assured their loss.

Would recommend 2-3 day ban on el_perron.

3 days would be fine, the actual game ruiner is jugg but i'd have to timestamp so much of his ruin
