He didn't talked all game, even when we talked about Sends or other stuff.
ofc we make some jokes in game. but we also maked plans, where he didn't cooperated and didn't give his opinion.

On round 7 he almost make us lost game with his king control, I told him to leave king, so I can take control, but he didn't shared and make us lost 4 heals. I could hold it with 2-3 heals.

i wont report if a noob would take king or some1 who is new, but he is an MOD and should be clever enough to share king if some other player are better.
Also handle this report normal and don't give him just warning cause he is a MOD.

He has banned numerous of players for not communicating or cooperating with the team while hes doing the exact same.

Not talking/giving opinion doesn't mean he was refusing to cooperate.

He has plenty of games on LTD and there was no reason for him to give the king control to you. It would be different if it was an inexperienced player who didn't know what he was doing. I don't judge that he was teamkilling with his team control either.
