14:30, slark dies to mines so he probably doesn't have maphack or just blatantly died here.
At around 27:00, slark says he will now turn on maphack because LC was "using" maphack. LC does avoid SK/Slark but only because spectre uses ulti and scares him away and he turns back to the base. I don't think LC maphacks.
30:00 is the play you are talking about. Honestly, it probably is maphack as he does follow you move-for-move but it could also be a really lucky play. Spectre ultis and his clone follows you momentarily and slark may have figured you were turning the opposite way in which he may have just gotten lucky, leaped into you (leap reveals your location) and caught you. This one instance isn't enough. Throughout the game, it doesn't seem blatantly obvious he is maphacking (if he is). Although he does admit to maphacking, saying and doing are two different things. Are there any other instances you have? For now, I'll wait for another mod to review this and we can go from there.
I've watched the game and that's really the only suspicious play. Other parts of the game, he's just playing how a slark should play. I do find it compelling enough though considering he admits to turning on maphack minutes before that play and admitted to using it after it.
