Is this a new rule? It's the 2nd time i see titan leaver brqs being processed with titans disconnecting/desyncing (which is shown on chatlog)

Do you have evidence of him PP and not simply disconnecting?
As far as ruling went, titans are banned for leaving (voluntarily).
Disconnect bans were only applied if theres evidence of said player disconnecting frequently as titan, for example (which doens't seem to be the case)
EDIT: Nvm, original post got edited to "dc, possibly intentional" (while keeping the leaver titan x2 below) lol - seems like rules got changed, good to know

You need to include the leave message from lobby chat. Chat from the actual replay will usually note it as a disconnect if they leave during loading screen, whether or not it was a connection error or voluntary.
It's a very convenient disconnect since it occurred during loading screen, so chances of it being a plug pull are higher, especially when he left as titan in the previous game, and doubly so when intentional disconnects/plug pulls are typically noted as econnresets by the bot (or so I've noticed).
