As far as i can se, the !Votekick command was only used towards you one time, the only !votekick in that particular game. I agree that you were wrongfully voted but i would not consider this incident as an offence.
Being a fairly New player myself I can relate to the fact that being voted against is not fun. Especially not when you try and learn.
