Violated Rule(s): Ban dodging, game ruin, etc. Player is King.kar who makes dozens of accs to ruin. kinda funny
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Start of game he picks lina then repicks it (He thought i was gonna pick lina when i wasn't) Then he game ruins with furion for rest of game, dozens of time stamps but game ends fast

Any further thoughts: Everyone on opposite team saw him ruining, didnt kick after many warnings. Ban them so they can read the rules about how to kick ruiners, or they won't ever learn. And civ3 King.kar aka Bobblack (matthew999) for ban dodging again, thanks.

Noticed it shows his location as ??? on the replay. But usually it says hes from Canada. Look at his i.p address for the first game on that Civ3 account, then ban him 1 year for dodging under that I.p Address. One day he will grow up and learn how to follow rules lol

He's dodging with account KingKar - us.east. This his main acc but he reset i.p. ban that acc too for dodging

Also latest acc he is dodging with was (shorteststraw.) (He tried to name himself after a real player to make it less obvious)

funniest thing happen, he ended up on the opposite team. so he failed and ragequit and i won free ELO. (He game ruined/fed on opposite team xD)

Teal is the only one who votes !yes and it just so happens to be a kick for Tiny and not for Furion. He knows what he's doing.
Entire sentinel team outside teal never voted !yes to kick Furion despite Furion clearly trapping his teammates.
