Any further thoughts: Players bragged all game about how admins won't ban them for not kicking a game ruiner, even after I warned them many times from the start of the game they saw tiny tossing me to grief many times. They had many chances but refused to kick even after I told them i would submit them.

Extend the refusal to vk to 7 days so they can make a forum acc and read the rules. If we keep letting ppl get away with not votekicking then this i.p dodger can ruin without being kicked.

Also this all started because i reported King.Kar on his "Biowjob" acc and he got banned 5 days, which was hilarious.. he made a huge complaint for and it got denied. Ever since then he has been raging in whispers and stalking me with dozens of acc, it's honestly hilarious. So far he's only got on my team twice to ruin with new accounts because i've caught him like 100 times and i switch to the other team, then he rages and quits

But we still should ban these ppl refusing to kick until they explain on forums that they understand rules. Hopefully not all of them are i.p dodgers lol

Do not ban me. I know it's the players responsibility to know the rules; however, I thought that their tiny was playing well honestly, and they were winning in kills by 5. I saw tiny make some good pro kills that game, so I did not want to kick him. There is so much hype about getting banned from things how can you blame me when tiny was at most one kill behind being positive, played well from what I could tell (was never in his lane just watched some), and they were winning the entire game until apparently tiny started to throw people into our group. I know tiny was 8-8-11 at one point and like 2-3, 4-5, the whole way through steady. I thought he was a good player from what I saw.

Bottom line, watch replay if you think my intentions are banworthy. As soon as I saw tiny throw one into our group, windrunner, I started the votekick. I was top lane, tiny was bot lane, so I missed all the throws that game except for 2 at the end. The score was always 5 kills ahead by their team I had no clue tiny was legitimately supposed to leave the game. Therefore, do not consider me as part of this ban request.

Yes you did know, it's all in the replay. You were told many times and saw tiny tossing us in multiple team fights to cause us to lose. He was tossing since the first minute of the game

This isn't a place to cry and say you shouldn't be banned, make a ban appeal after you are banned. Take responsibility for your actions. It's a 3 day ban for refusing to votekick, it's not the end of the world. Just take your punishment then appeal it if you want to copy/paste the rule

Bottom line: this is a unique premeditated case

As a long time player and former professional dota player 10 years ago, I honestly felt you were going to win the game the entire way through as you got most of the kills early and were ahead like 22-15 until tiny really threw some players into us.

I was top, tiny was bot. I saw kill after kill of your team bot and saw the k/d ratios of your team and again honestly thought you were likely going to stomp us. I'm a long time experienced player, just my hands are slower now. I know that you were winning and felt you had it in the bag.

Now I see tiny throw wr when I come middle out of top for the first time. Then I !votekick instantly. And you say I'm crying, or even making a mistake. As a veteran, longer than you Vaylen, and better in my prime, I will say coming from top lane it looked like you were going to win until I witnessed tiny do it. Once I did it was a no brainer but the moment I saw it, when windrunner was tossed into us middle, the score was still in your favor. Again, making me feel like how does tiny have to be kicked when they're winning. Just look at it from someones honest point of view instead of your cynical want-to-punish-as-many-people attitude since youre pissed off at him already for prior shit. Leave me out of it. 1) Please stop spamming votekick next time. It can lead to players thinking you're simply spamming it for no reason and not believing you.

2) In OP's perspective, yes, Tiny was 100% breaking the rules. But it's tough to see it from the enemy or even ally perspective when they can't see what's going on all the time. They're focused on their hero, primarily.

3) on the other hand, Windrunner has no excuse. He's seen it happen over and over. At one point, it becomes evident that Tiny is just trolling for both teams to see. He's tossing teammates directly into the enemy despite techies being on the other team and having the advantage in that perspective.

All I ask is next time, please don't spam votekick and only votekick when it's appropriate. Tossing you a few times into Mirana early in the game was not evident of game-ruining.
