As for BaronHelmuths case he were toxic right away and dropped the VK out of the blue which are 2 violations. When it comes to jgnt he Stated in the game that there have been some time since he has played the game and changes have probably been made since he last played. I would've informed him about the changes that has been made rather then giving him warning right away considering that he's "new".
