Hello, JoeSakic is a very hard flamer and been toxic the whole game.
He is even say thnigs like "my mother is a bitch" and so on.

This is not funny in any way. What has my mother done to him? She is dead. And he just making jokes about her that she is a bitch. What Kind of behaviour is that?
If i have been toxic or flaming this game, i am sorry, also i live with the consequences. I may got angry because of him. But it was still no flaming about his mother or something. I was flaming about skill/about him to stop talk, but not about his mother, that she is a bitch or something lol.
i hope there will be some consequences in here.

He was cordial most of the game. I'm guessing your constant lagging pissed him off. You could have ignored him but you semi-instigated it. Not enough instances of flaming.
