The player is a good experienced player who often brags about his skills. This game he threw/ruined intentionally by afking and farming with aegis.

RP 00:35:15 afk for 2 minutes and 57 seconds and another one was at 00:47:17 for 2 minutes and 15 seconds not really excessive amount of afk in game. (I'm sure there's more, but not an long amount of time)

3 minutes can be given a warning by up to a staff discretion.

4-10 minutes or more would be enforced for longer afk ban duration depending on repeated violations.

1-3 days should be banned for abusing votekick. If repeated offense, ban duration would be increased.

At the most I would give a warning for 1 false votekick initiated on a player with zero votes. Since it had zero impact I don't think it's worth that in this case, and certainly not a ban duration imo.

Also I dunno where you got those durations from on afk and votekicks. We have staff guidelines for ban durations and those aren't it. I appreciate your reviews but it would be better if you didn't confuse users by giving out durations.

Don't consider the farming TK. As for the afk, he afked periodically for a couple of minutes over those 3 timestamps.
