In my opinon, it was not excessive enough, it was in a different language, and you could use the !ignore command for example, !ignore Ivantk

Honestly, I see a moderator denying this for one simple reason. The player reported is on the opposite team, you can use ignore to not see the individuals chat. Plus, a single instance will not constitute as "hard flame".
