It is possible to game ruin by being new. In this case, votekick will only be valid if the new player refuses to learn and cooperate. Just because someone is a newbie or bad does not mean he is intentionally game ruinning.

That will be up to moderators to decide, if it's necessary to enforce a ban on it for "trash talks", and you can use the ignore command, !ignore (name) or simply ignoring it without using the command.

As for votekicks goes, yeah should not vk players new to the game, unless they are co-operating and learning from it, then it would be okay.

People votekicked you for feeding and there's both sides of this story, so I will leave it for another moderator to review it.

A second opinion moderator can decide to apply it or not depending on the situation. (Another moderator will review as a 2nd opinion.)

i think i shoud say that , thats it because the thing is that more players come play ent games so it will be bigger groups , but i dont see it happens when there are people like those two on games , that just type !yes because of my 0-2 omg really i mean i know what is feed , i ddnt feed 100% , but when ever1 just kcik you for no reason and rules say that you must not do that i woud give them ban , thats it , i never ban req i think it shoudnt worth it for me atlest

its not only that he called me feeder with 0-2 and he had 0-1 and in the end he had more deaths then me tho teh reason for ban was the vk vs me for 0-2 that he start and 2 players type !yes thats all if its not banable that too kick some1 ok

That's not entirely true.

Excessive harassment and flaming can be banned for, which is visible postgame. Using ignore, if used on a teammate that is not assisting anyway, will not hinder communication.

Votekick abuse is banned for on a case by case basis, typically a warning up to a ban is issued if it's a trend if the votekick did not pass.

After reviewing, votekick was definitely abused this game.

The initial votekick on QoP was unwarranted. He/She died, but it was nowhere close to intentional feeding or throwing. All deaths were in combat with allies participating. Noone made a single attempt to communicate with QoP. Dying doesn't constitute grounds to kick.

Votekick attempt against @legiontdgrrr was also unwarranted.

Everyone voted to kick QoP, including @legiontdgrrr. I think it's somewhat comical that you found it ok to kick QoP, but immediately post BRQ when the vk is against you.
Shinnihs, MiTsTiL, hotbeef, zalman attempted to kick OP.

Flame was minimal and easily remedied with !ignore function.

If you play pub games, expect there to be variance in skill levels.
There should be several bans for vk abuse here.
