About the usage of bannable build, it can be seen at 13 mins for example (He went top, tp'ed back to base, rearmed and tp'ed back bot)

Regarding the votekick, only 1 was started, and during the votekick there was a discussion with him to stop using it (considering no votekicks came after that, i woulnd't ban the nonvoters)

Anyways krusty@europe.battle.net should still be banned for picking a bannable build (rearm global tp)

Banned 5 days for glitch abuse, failure to vk in this case i do not believe they are ban worthy.
