Any further thoughts:
He went afk before lvl 3 started, so he did not built and did not send with the team. He did not send with the team at lvl 7 send either although he had lumber to do so. He solo sent at lvl 9 and stayed 1/0 throughout most of the game although he claimed to go "suicide". Votekick was not passed because the other team claimed, that they had a bad player too although they should have noticed that he did not send with the team and even solo sent.
