You'll need more than one timestamp to support a claim of MapHack.

Usually you'll need more than one timestamp unless it is fairly blatant such as Furion TP'ing right onto someone with no vision out of random to kill them.

On this particular play, you only have one timestamp and there isn't any evidence of maphack.

You killed Rosh = gives notification to the other team.
Slark heads the opposite direction knowing you guys just killed Rosh. That's a fairly reasonable explanation as to why he ran. Slark begins heading top, his ulti triggers because you lose vision of him, and when you receive vision of him again, his ulti doesn't trigger and indicates to him that you were likely around and so he used lothars. That's again, fairly reasonable as a decent slark player would know that his ultimate being disabled likely has to do with the fact you guys have vision or an enemy unit is around.

Slark begins heading back to the base (are we going to mention the fact you chose the same path as Slark did as maphack?) and notices that you're still around because his ulti is still not triggering/SK is heading towards him which could have led Slark to believe you guys were onto him so he had to change directions. He leaps away from you because he knows if you duel him, he is dead.

No evidence of maphack. Just a very aware/good Slark or maybe he does maphack but again, nothing he did can't be explained appropriately.

If he MH's, he would win nearly all of his games.

Denied, don't see anything suspicious.
