Red was new obviously. In my opinion he was actually pretty coachable. Blue was calm and got red to follow pretty well. Take that as a good example on how to treat new players. You on the other hand just pinged at the sent units and threatening him with a ban, without telling him what he was doing wrong / how to improve. After finally someone told him to send with the team, he had one more solo send at arena. Yes, he didnt send the usual units for lvl 15, but again he wasnt told what he is supposed to send.
I know it is frustrating to play with new people who ruin the game because they dont listen to advice. Red actually wasnt one of those. Kudos to blue / Erebus for his behaviour, staying polite and explaining stuff.
