Any further thoughts: I was on opposing team. He built terribly and did not cooperate with his team- he honestly ruined the game. electricshocks (yellow) argued that failure to cooperate is not a bannable offense. It upset me because he is indirectly encouraging future abuse by doing so. I've cited the rule many times before, even in the complaints section and it is quite clear that failure to cooperate with your team mates is a game ruining and bannable offense.:

Yellow (electricshocks) abuses ignore function. Note that I had said almost nothing for the past 5 minutes aside from "!votekick" and "!yes" (although I dont believe this is a rule, it does hinder team communication and I believe it should be a rule): (16:12 / Allied) electricshocks: !mute riziy
