Any further thoughts: I didn't leave mid lane so he threatened to afk. My reply was enjoy your ban then. He then went afk at well, and griefed the game until kicked. Furthermore, it took multiple attempts to get him kicked. All the while, Scourge continued to gank and farm, refusing to kick. They finally did kick, but by time they did, they had gained an unfair advantage. Of course those who refused to kick initially are at your discretion, but figured I would add this portion also.

Just played yet ANOTHER game with this very same player. He threatened to do the same thing, again. Votekick abuse during this game as well. Lastly, he tried to body block me a few times while I was tryin to escape dying. Here is the replay:
