Violated Rule(s): only called hybrid as countdown started which was Cyrlex problem. The_Forest said he didn't care and it was our fault and we said we'd report him for no draw/vk. He said he would just change his ip constantly/buy one. Cyrlex didn't call Hybrid mode as we waited a long time and only said Hybrid as countdown was going down fast...
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Beginning/up to level 2.
Any further thoughts:

i announced it before couldown even start so i dont understand this

Two things.

You cannot votekick red picking a different mode, even if it's unannounced. Not drawing is not bannable

He did announce mode. I doubt he announced RIGHT BEFORE COUNTDOWN as 3 announcements were made.

No rules were broken here.

He did announce the mode, although it would be optimal if it was done right after the last player joined. Please keep that in mind for the future, @cyrlexjr , thanks.

The votekick was, therefore, abusive as per the above. What pr0to said is also true - you cannot votekick red for picking an non default mode unannounced.

Draw is a vote, never mandatory.
