Any further thoughts: Hoping to get away with getting this done without watching the whole replay. He spent most of the game just laning or jungling alone and dying. If you fast forward through the game, you'll just keep seeing him dying that way over and over. I can't really report the refusal to votekick because we really should have insisted more on it and half our own team didn't even vote the couple times it was tried.
