Murloc desyncs, pink itemized the gold tower, but it was gnoll that tp'd and claimed the gold tower for himself.

Not considered item steal, as that really only applies to items such as eggs and bones, as well as items (to a much lower extent) that you've personally bought just to have somebody sweep in and take that particular item.

Dick move? Yes. Bannable? No.
