This is basically the only instance that can be misconstrued, and even then it wouldn't be enough for admin impersonation because of context. They never explicitly stated that they are a mod or an admin, either.

The most they might possibly get is a warning, because (again) context that was deliberately thrown out.

There is no misunderstanding here! Although he writes that he will report it but in the same breath that he ban me!
Apart from that, at the bottom of my post I wrote that he also creepsteal me.
Everything else should be left to a specialist with a trained eye (a real ADMiN). They will make a fair decision here!

Overall, context is important. Player was likely referring to the fact he would report you and get you banned - not that he was an admin and would do it himself. Still, I don't like to see this type of behavior in-game and player should be more clear about his position.
