9 sec before LVL1 starts player shambles deside sends warrs(no asking team tho , so its kinda force send)

player shambles shoud be BANNED for forcesend lvl 1 (since no1 in team woud push +with force send lvl1 now team must ob lvls 2 3 )
this goes too shambles , you coud easy ask before you send ,when no1 on team sayd nothing about warrs , tho even so why you didnt ask before you force send? you had 9 sec (you send first warr there)
