He spammed the chat with commands (!draw, !ff, !vk ...). There is no way to put them on !ignore, so its pure spam.
The vk-abuse wasnt to hard (since nobody got kicked and it was on a short-time-afk-guy and his own teammate as trolling), but he got banned for it several times already and should know, to not do it. Same with !ff-abuse
